What is Fly R/C Online? We're an online media sharing community for R/C pilots. How much does it cost to join? Fly R/C Online membership is FREE. Our web designers & developers rely upon ad revenue and dontations to maintain the site. If you like the site click on a few of the ads that might interest you. And if you're feeling generous you can make a donation to the developers by clicking on the 'Donate' button to the right. This is a secure PayPal transaction. What kind of contributions can you add? Videos, photos, stories, how-to tips & techniques and more. We'd like to see your insane 3D stunts, club videos, touch & goes, build techniques, etc. You can also upload your photos to show off your latest plane or even walk another member through an ARF build with detailed pictures. Also, senior members of the community can add articles about any kind of topic. We want to hear about your experiences, build advice, gear reviews, club info, etc.
Can I advertise my club, hobby shop, or product? Yes you can. We offer affordable rates. Prices vary depending on ad type, size, etc. We are not greedy and want this community to grow so all serious offers will be taken into consideration. Hi, my name is Steve Waugh, and I'm a freelance Web Designer and Information Architect. Back in 2003 I was officially bitten by the R/C bug after receiving a small electric plane as a birthday gift. This site is my way say thanks to a hobby that's brought good things into my life. All monies received via PayPal donations are reinvested back into the site for components, modules, templates, site programming, and R/C related travel expenses. My long-term plan is to continue site development for the community.
